The bed has 4 flexible positions. Use the top position with an elevated base during the early months of your child's life to protect your back when putting your child to sleep. As your little one grows and starts to stand up, we recommend lowering the base. You can also remove a rail section so your baby can crawl in and out of bed. Once your child has outgrown the crib, you can turn the bed into a cozy little bench.
